Asim Nazir Sheikh -FCA is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan. After qualifying in 2004, Asim started his professional career as Chief Financial Officer of a well renowned group of textile industry. Since then he has an extensive, rich and diversified professional exposure in varied capacities either as Head of the function or Lead advisor consultant as Strategic Business partner of the organizations he served.
Asim has a more than decade’s post qualification, strategic level exposure of diversified sectors encompassing Manufacturing, Trading, Retailing and Services industries in Textile, Consumer Products, Technology and power sectors. Throughout his professional journey, Asim has served either at C-level management tier or as lead consultant.
Asim has a distinguished competences in Operations Management, Supply chain Management, Financial Management, Reporting and MIS, Systemization and Standardization, both manual and automated. He has a passion about development of organizational systems, Business Process Reengineering and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Functional consultancy. Among the soft skill Asim possess the high capabilities of team development & management, time & work management and stress management.
